The present terms and conditions apply to the contrast of sale between the ourchaser who buys on the internet shop www.dianadeluxe.com (hereafter known as PURCHASER) and online shop www.dianadeluxe.com (hereafter known as the VENDOR):

1. Contents of the general sales conditions

The following general sales conditions apply to all the sales contracts between the Purchaser and the Vendor through the site www.dianadeluxe.com. Any alteration proposed by the Purchaser will not change the general conditions of sale unless they are expressly accepted in writing by the Vendor.

2. Provisions of the contract

All the information on the products published on www.dianadeluxe.com such as technical specifications, images, dimensions or details of compatibility are not binding and are subject to alteration at any time, unless they are expressly mentioned as being binding. In the event that the Purchaser is led into error by the above indications, he may withdraw the purchase as indicated in our return and withdrawal policy. The offers on www.dianadeluxe.com are not binding for the Vendor and do not constitute an offer to the public, but are only "invitatio ad offerendum". The purchase order of the Purchaser constitutes a contractual proposal binding on him. The purchase order is accepted by the Vendor through an order receipt sent by e-mail; the order receipt contains part of the sale conditions, the description of the ordered product features, the main elements of the contract (price, terms of delivery), the filing and storage of data systems arranged by the Vendor as well as the correction procedures of the message containing the order. 
The Contract is finalized between the parties and effective when the Purchaser receives the order receipt.
The order and the order receipt are considered to be received when the parties addressed can have access to the confirmation messages.
In the event that the Purchaser does not receive the order receipt or any other communication from the Vendor within 36 hours of the forwarding of the order, the Purchaser is required to contact the Vendor in reasonable time by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address: dianadeluxe@inbox.lv

3. Purchase of Products

Products in the shop may be purchased by the Purchaser selecting them and subsequently dropping them into the cart. Once the selection of Products is completed and the Purchaser wishes to proceed to the purchase of the products placed in the cart, the Purchaser will be asked to provide the data required  in order to allow the execute of the Contract. In particular, the Purchaser will be required to provide personal data in a proper section of the site, an e-mail address, any additional address for the delivery of the Products (where necessary).

4. Delivery of Goods

Shipping from Latvia takes 5-20 business days in European Union, 15 - 25 days overseas. Sometimes due to customs the shipping process can take a bit more but it doesn't happen frequently.

5. Prices and Costs of Delivery

Price of products is indicated on the site on the day of the placing of the order and before the order is issued. The prices indicated and include VAT. Please take note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that can be incurred by their destination country.

6. Payments

Orders made on www.dianadeluxe.com can be paid by:

1)Credit/Debit Card

2)Paypal

We accept the main credit cards. www.dianadeluxe.com uses a Paypal system for secure payments.

7. Return and Withdrawal Policy

Custom order pieces and earrings(pierced and clip ons) are not returnable, you may return any other item in its original condition and carefully packaged, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased item's price, not including any shipping costs. I will refund the price of the purchase only after I have received the item by post in its original state. Items must be return shipped by mail - the package must be registered and provided with a tracking number. Returned item must be returned in original undamaged condition with all packaging and packaging details like tags, stickers and ribbons, etc. Please contact me in advance to let me know you are returning a piece.

If the item arrives damaged then send me pictures of proof within 7 days of the item arrival and we will discuss refund or exchange for your order.

All sales become final 14 days after delivery, and after that time items are non-returnable.

I always mention size of the item, so make sure you note that, as I can not be held responsible if the item does not fit(for example, necklaces and bracelets) or/and some damage appears to the item due to wrong sizing.

8. Guarantee

For products bought by the Purchaser the terms in matter of guarantee and assistance concerning the sale of goods can be applied to the Vendor

9. Security

The users' data are protected to the maximum extent possible against loss, falsification, handling and improper use by third parties.
